Pip has had experience across a variety of organisations having worked in the public sector, financial services and legal services. Over the past twenty years Pip has developed her Learning and Development capabilities and is experienced in all aspects of training design, delivery and evaluation.
Pip has a particular interest and expertise in the design and delivery of personal and team development programmes designed for participants from trainee to senior manager level, all with the aim of facilitating continuous development and enhancing the capability of any organisation. She also works with businesses on talent programmes, team building, business skills training, and as a coach for individuals and teams.
Pip is an experienced coach and L&D professional, holding an MSc in Management Development & Organisational Change and a BA in Communication. She is a licensed facilitator for Personal Strengths Inventory and MTQ Mental Toughness profiling. She has featured in a number of journals as a subject matter expert on Change Management and is a trained in NLP and Neuroscience for Leaders. She is also a regular speaker at conferences.
